As a company born during the Covid-19 pandemic, we understand better than anyone the importance of security and stability when planning and booking a luxury family safari holiday.
We’re parents ourselves, and from the moment we first thought of the concept of Coral Tree our mission has been to create a safari company that families can put their trust in.

Your money is secure
One of the most important factors in booking any family holiday is knowing that your money is secure and protected until the time comes to travel.
We are proud members of Protected Trust Services (membership number 5665), which means that your holiday deposit and balance payment are held independently in a secure trust account until the time comes to pay for your holiday arrangements and for you to travel. This gives you peace of mind that your money is protected and only being used for your holiday.

Whilst some uncertainty around travel remains, we understand how important it is to know if you’ll be able to change your plans, without penalty, in the event that restrictions increase or decrease.

All our safaris have been tried and tested
Before we started Coral Tree, we spent many years living and working in the luxury camps, lodges and resorts of Africa and the Indian Ocean islands.
We’ve travelled extensively throughout the region and have stayed at the vast majority of accommodation you’ll find on our website. Where we haven’t had a chance to visit yet ourselves, we make sure our trusted partners have.
Furthermore, we contract an independent company to conduct regular health and safety checks on all the properties we feature. This is all part of us going the extra mile to make you feel secure.
