Kuro Tarangire

Kuro Tarangire is a stylish tented camp in central Tarangire that offers spectacular wildlife and guiding.

This is an exceptional safari camp that is primely located for a memorable safari experience. The camp is small but perfectly formed, featuring stylish yet simple tents. The camp is run by Nomad Tanzania, and whilst you will be spoiled by their sustainable luxury ethos, a stay here is certainly not about mod-cons. It’s all about the wildlife. 

Situated away from the busier areas of the park, the camp is within easy reach of the main Tarangire river and the local habitat is perfect for both game drives and walking safaris. Nomad Tanzania employs some of the best guides in the business and we are sure you will form long-lasting bonds with your hosts as they bring the bush to life.

Accommodation is offered in six large safari tents and one family tent with two en-suite bedrooms. Each tent also has outdoor showers, flushing toilets and a verandah from which to enjoy the atmosphere of the elements.

The camp is only 15 mins from the Kuro airstrip and a stay here perfectly completes a ‘northern circuit’ along with a combination of Arusha, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro and Serengeti.
